Collection of evidence: Is Jahar innocent?

Being from Europe and having spent a while in Boston, I was naturally shocked and very interested in the Boston Bombings on April 15th 2013. I followed the news, American and European, very closely and I started to get a weird gut feeling. I couldn't name it at first, but when the #FreeJahar trend arose on Twitter and I started to read into the conspiracy theories, I found thousands of people who noticed the same contradictions and disturbing messages as me.

I am not saying he is guilty, I am not saying he is innocent. I'm just saying there are some really odd coincidences, contradictions and logical mistakes in the official story. Some of Jahar's tweets and Tamerlan's websites tell a different story. But if someone can hack AP's twitter page and say the White House was attacked and Obama was hurt, who says you can't hack Jahar and Tamerlan to make them look guilty? Or brainwash them or recruit them for something that later looks like they detonated the bombs?

I really don't know what to believe and I am very anxious about the trial to see if there is any evidence, because until now, there is NONE. No picture of one of them putting the bombs down. No footage of them shooting the cop or carjacking the SUV. Who tells us that this is true? The government, the FBI and the media? Maybe there is a reason why it's taking them so long to release the footage, as, photoshopping it?

Let me get this straight, I am not saying there were no victims. May the ones who lost their lives in this tragedy rest in peace and always be remembered, and I am also not denying 264 injured people. I am just saying, it's not clear to me WHO did it to them!

I am not saying the brothers are completely free of any criminal ways. Jahar's friend, Troy Crossley, admitted that they were playing with explosives in the fields, it's on Twitter. Tamerlan hit his girlfriend a few years ago. But then, wouldn't guys like them be the perfect target for a setup? Muslim, young, easy to influence, with a troubled childhood in Chechnya, and so on? Maybe Tamerlan was on the radical side of Islam. Maybe he was unfriendly, frustrated and impulsive. Maybe he was dealing with drugs? But did he really KILL and wound these people? There is a huge difference!

Let's start from the beginning and look at the official narrative (which is evolving every day, subtly answering to contradictions and holes in the story.)

The official version

Two bombs went off at the finish line of the Boston Marathon at 2.50 pm on Patriot's Day 2013, killed three people and wounded more than 260. Clearly an act of terrorism.

Soon after, two Muslim suspects were looked for, the brothers Dzhokhar, 19, and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26. They came to the United States about a decade ago, fleeing from their home country Chechnya, with their parents and two sisters. The US welcomed them with open arms, giving them shelter, welfare, education and jobs. Dzhokhar, known as Jahar, was a sweet, smart and well-liked kid, while his older brother Tamerlan was getting more and more radical, had previously assaulted his girlfriend and been to Russia in 2012, where it is believed he attended a terror camp.

Trying to run from Boston, the two then shot an MIT cop, carjacked a Mercedes SUV and had a huge shootout with the police in Watertown in which the older brother was killed and ran over by his own brother. The younger one managed to escape and caused a manhunt across the town on lockdown. He finally got caught hiding in a boat where he allegedly tried to kill himself. In the hospital, he admitted everything and even told the officials that they had planned to go to New York for another attack, before he got read his Miranda rights and went silent. A week after his capture, Jahar got transferred to a prison with medical care. The authorities are searching landfills for his laptop, arresting college friends to question them, talking to family members like Tamerlan's wive and looking for someone called Misha who influenced Tamerlan on the radical side. That's the story right?

The media

You have to know the motivation of the media. What they are trying to do is to SELL PAPER or ADS, bring traffic to their websites and so on. So they do "storytelling", they are telling you what you want to hear or what SOMEBODY that comes up with a good story wants you to hear. You can't and you must not take everything they say for granted. Educate yourself! Do your own research! Don't let them spoonfeed you new, shocking details about this case every day! Can't you tell how they make you hooked on this, cranking up the suspense, detailing the characters, like in a movie? Didn't the whole live-broadcast manhunt feel like a blockbuster to you?

The biggest contradictions

Bomb drill

What's strange about the bombing itself is that the Boston Globe tweeted about a "controlled explosion" for a bomb drill at the Marathon.

A bomb drill was planned for that day, and before the bombs went off, speakers announced them!
“They kept making announcements on the loud speaker that it was just a drill and there was nothing to worry about. It seemed like there was some sort of threat, but they kept telling us it was just a drill,” an experienced runner was quoted as saying byLocal15TV.com.
“At the start at the event, at the Athlete’s Village, there were people on the roof looking down onto the Village at the start. There were dogs with their handlers going around sniffing for explosives, and we were told on a loud announcement that we shouldn’t be concerned and that it was just a drill. And maybe it was just a drill, but I’ve never seen anything like that — not at any marathon that I’ve ever been to. You know, that just concerned me that that’s the only race that I’ve seen in my life where they had dogs sniffing for explosions, and that’s the only place where there had been explosions.”

Interview:

When asked about the bomb drill at a press conference, the FBI ignored the question and hastily moved on to the next question.

Who was the mystery man on the roof and why does the media now deny that there were warnings?

More devices

Although the officials told us that there were no other explosive devices found at the Marathon, a police audio states otherwise:

“There’s devices… definitely devices here,” a voice in the background of the audio says between 17 and 25 seconds into the video below. “Get off the radio, I want the channel clear,” another voice says at 30 seconds.

Also, what was up with that bomb alert turned into a fire unrelated to the bombings at the JFK library??

Crisis actors

So two bombs went off on Boylston Street, about 12 seconds apart. Horrible videos and pictures of injured and scared people were going around the world. Most of all the one of Jeff Bauman, who allegedly lost his legs in the blast, getting rescued by the "cowboy hero".

There are people who claim that Jeff Bauman is a "crisis actor", who was paid for playing this role. While this is a very daring and dangerous accusation, let's look at some footage.

There are pictures that allegedly show how two people are hiding him from the cameras after the blast so he can put on Jeff Bauman's fake wound prosthetics. Notice how there is hardly any blood on the ground, clothes, hands.. in the above picture. Then look at these pics, in which Jeff Bauman is laying on the ground in the upper left corner. The guy with the grey hoodie and the black girl in red are said to be shielding him, putting on the prosthetics and pouring fake blood, then making eye contact and raising their hands for a signal. After that, they both suddenly need medical attention and act wounded and shocked.

Is this a media mistake or did the FBI release these photos of the same person who was killed at the Sandy Hook Massacre AND was a witness at the Boston Marathon?

And was this lady at both the bombing and the shootout? Or is she a crisis actor getting paid to be in front of the camera?

User prediction

A few hours after the explosions, a user on 4chan predicted the suspect and the manhunt. He or she says the whole thing is prepared and staged to limit the sales of gun powder. Indeed, on Wednesday, US Senator Frank R. Lautenberg announced two new amendments to his Explosive Materials Background Check Act.  BEFORE it was known that the bombs were including gun powder. A week after he was dead, reports surfaced that Tamerlan bought fireworks with gun powder in New Hampshire.

The Saudi

In this timeline you can maybe see why there was a suspect in custody on Wednesday, then suddenly there wasn't anymore. Saudi college student Abdulrahman Ali Alharbi, who is said to be linked to Al-Qaida, was a person of interest in this case and his apartment was searched. He seems to have been taken into custody then. After Secretary of State John Kerry met the Saudi foreign minister in private, everything was denied, Michelle Obama visited the wounded Alharbi in the hospital and he was later deported out of the country as quickly as possible (just as some Saudis were deported by Bush soon after 9/11).

On Wednesday, when the FBI wanted to give a press conference on this subject, suddenly there was a bomb threat to the Federal Courthouse which had to be evacuated and closed for the whole day. No press conference on this topic then!

Check out this Video of the possible real bomber and how the FBI spokesperson was shifting the blame from him to the Tsarnaevs. He was one of the Bag Men on the cover of The New York Post - were they on to something? The New York Post had to take some harsh critic from officials and other media for this story.

Suspect's photos

The following Thursday, at a press conference of the FBI at the Boston Sheraton hotel, footage of the suspects get released. The FBI asks the public to help identify these two individuals, Suspect 1 and Suspect 2, or White Hat and Black Hat.

NOW I know what threw me off for the last week: The only thing we can see here is two people with backpacks at the Boston Marathon. So? Where's the point? Where is the evidence, where is proof that those two planted and detonated the bombs? FBI spokesperson DesLauriers says they "observed" Suspect 2 doing it, so where is the video, the picture? Again, this email with very detailed information states that the footage is being photoshopped right now and it's taking so long because there were so many surveillance cameras and videos from citizens! They are hoping that citizens don't send in more footage so they don't have to photoshop even more pictures and videos! And apparently, they need more time: the trial will probably be pushed back by federals!!

In addition to that, look at the way Jahar is carrying his backpack. A pressure cooker bomb is heavy, big and round. To me, it doesn't look like that's what's inside this backpack dangling lightly from one shoulder.

FBI said what lead them to these guys was that Jeff Bauman, the man whose legs were torn off, woke up from a coma, asked for a pen and paper and wrote "Saw guy, black backpack, looked right at me". So now the FBI knew to look for backpacks. Isn't it a coincidence that the alleged crisis actor also is the one who gave the big tip?

There is a picture of Jahar running from the scene "without his backpack on". It very much looks like it was photoshopped to hide the backpack (or, the backpack was still on his right shoulder, not facing the camera!)!

Was Jahar still wearing his backpack when he was running from the crime scene?

This one looks like Jahar was placed at the crime scene - but only his upper body. Do you realize that if you crop the picture, anyone can say that he was standing there, even if he wasn't?

And what's this? Jahar's backpack in his room AFTER the bombing?

The bag

Let's take a look at these gentlemen. There were members of Craft, an organization of private military operators with the slogan "Violence does solve problems", at the Marathon. And they were wearing black backpacks that looked very much like the one in the FBI picture that was carrying a bomb. It is black with a white square on it. If you look at Jahar's and Tamerlan's backpacks, they don't look like this one at all!

What were they doing at the Marathon? One of them was holding a Radiation Alert Inspector, used to detect radiation in a bomb or nuclear attack. I see nothing wrong with using this on a bombing site, but why did he have it handy? Why were there so many precautions for bombings at the Marathon?

The Craft guys gathering at their van after the bombing:

Also, what were the exact same guys doing at the Boston Marathon AND the Sandy Hook Massacre? And what are they dressed up as in the bottom picture, police officers?

MIT Shooting

Next thing we know, an MIT cop gets shot on campus in Cambridge on Thursday and the shooter is on the run in Watertown. After several mis-identifications (Sunil Tripathi, Mike Mulungeta) it is announced that the suspects of the Boston bombing are Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, and that these two are the ones being chased in Watertown. First it is said that they also tried to rob a Seven Eleven store, but that gets dropped later (who was it, by the way?).

This is where you should put your thinking hat on. If you were a suspect and your picture and video were shown all over the country, would you stroll around the crowded MIT campus and draw attention to yourself by shooting a cop, who was sitting in his car and being on the phone? Why in earth would you do that? Just so police can hunt you down in a dramatic car chase and shootout? Reports say that the brothers were going for the cop's gun. Would you attack A COP if you were being hunted, just to get his gun? I read there is footage of two men approaching the police car, "but you can't see their faces clearly". Where is it?

Carjacking

The official narrative is that the brothers then hijacked a car, drove around with the victim in the car for 90 minutes, stopped at a gas station to withdraw cash and were transferring guns and bombs from their car to the Mercedes SUV they had carjacked (all of it staying in the Charles River area, close to home and where they were being looked for!).

Again, does that make sense to you? Wouldn't they want to flee the area as soon as possible, with or without money, in their own car or another one? Why involve a stranger and then let him go?

What they tell us is that Tamerlan said to the car owner "Did you hear about the Boston bombings? I did that." and "I just killed a cop. I'm serious!" How convenient to have a witness AND a confession! For the next week, nobody heard of the carjacking victim. I was thinking to myself, why is he not interrogated? He is a victim and a witness! Why are we not hearing anything about the key person in this thing? It was said he was "Caucasian" and in his twenties, and that the brothers were speaking in a different language and that he could only understand "New York".

Suddenly, a week later, dramatic stories are all over the media about a 26 year old Chinese guy named Danny, praying for his life in the longest 90 minutes of it. Uhm, can anyone tell that Chinese and Caucasian are two VERY different things? All of a sudden, he decided to tell the media every detail about the 90 minutes. He says the brothers were talking about "girls, cars, the new iPhone". Really? While you're on the run from the police, with a carjacking victim? And, allegedly, they were talking about going to New York. Isn't it strange that now they didn't speak Russian anymore, but English? To each other, although it's not their mother tongue, and with a witness in the car?

At first, the story was that they eventually let him go at a gas station. Then, he told the media that he was able to escape while Jahar was inside the gas station and Tamerlan had put his gun down to type something into the GPS. Which one is it? Why would Tamerlan not try to get him, as violent and ruthless as he was described? How long can it take him to put down the GPS and take the gun? Of course, Danny had left his iPhone in the car, so the police could conveniently track the car down within minutes.

Here is Jahar one time buying snacks and drinks (on the run??) and one time getting cash on the night of the events. He seems relaxed. Why can the police release this "evidence", but not one single piece showing the brothers actually DOING what they're accused of? Were they writing a story around Jahar's errands?

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev at a Bank of America ATM in Watertown, Mass. at 11:18 p.m. on April 18, 2013

At the gas station?

I don't know about you, but to me it feels like somebody was writing out the plot for this "carjacking" and it took him a few days to go that much into detail! With a sappy ending.

Here is a story with the carjacking victim being a white guy and one with him being a Chinese guy.

Watertown Shootout

What followed was a massive, hour-long shootout in a street in Watertown, in which 200 bullets were exchanged between Jahar, Tamerlan and the cops.

What we are told is that the brothers had several guns and pressure cooker bombs and were shooting and throwing them towards police. When Tamerlan ran out of ammunition, he ran towards the police with a bomb and they shot him down. Jahar then ran over his older brother, dragged him down the street and escaped through a line of cops.

First of all, recent reports say that the brothers "only had one gun".

In this video from the shootout, you can hear someone screaming "Chill out! Chill out! We didn't do it!"

What I found very interesting was the live-tweeting from Andrew Kitzenberg, a resident in Watertown. He was continuously posting blurry pictures of the street and one of his wall and chair shot through by a bullet. As we know, people in Boston were told to stay indoors and stay away from doors and windows. Maybe so there would be fewer witnesses of what was really happening on the street? Why was "Kitz" so ambitious about sharing the events with the public, and delivering the proof that it WAS dangerous to stand by the windows? Was he paid by someone? Why does he seem like being the only credible witness in this case? Is it a coincidence that he runs a startup in Waltham and is now selling his USB bracelets branded with Boston Strong?

A woman called into a radio show and said that the police shot Tamerlan and ran him over, NOT his brother:

Several sources from Watertown confirmed that on the internet. However, this fact was completely ignored by the mainstream media!

It is also very likely that Tamerlan surrendered to the police and was taken into custody naked and cuffed. I remember seeing pictures of the naked man on the TV, but since then the media has never picked up the naked man again?! According to this man, they made Tamerlan undress in case he had explosives on him and arrested him:

A few hours later, Tamerlan was dead and had wounds "from head to toe", according to the doctors at the hospital. And that there were no signs of being run over. How did that happen? What happened on the way to the hospital?

Also, who is this guy?

What I also wonder is, if Jahar really ran over his brother and drove through a line of police officers, why didn't they stop him (shoot at his tires, the tank, him...) or chase him? There were dozens of cops and cars there, why was it so easy for him to get away? Does this feel realistic to you? Or scripted like in an action movie?

Manhunt

After Jahar's alleged escape, Boston was put on a lockdown for the most part of Friday. So the city was empty and quiet.

How could Jahar, who seemed to be using two or three different vehicles, roam around the streets of a quiet suburb, unseen? If he started out and ended up in Watertown, he couldn't have been too far from the scene of the shootout. Did he go straight into hiding in that boat? Why did they only search on 20 blocks and then lift the lockdown? If you were Jahar, wouldn't you drive OUT of Watertown?

Also, don't you need a search warrant to search houses? Is it allowed to lock people in their homes in America?

Shortly after the houses were searched and the lockdown was lifted, a man stepped outside into his backyard to smoke a cigarette. He saw that a rope of his boat was cut and that the tarp was lifted, and a little blood on the boat. He then lurked towards the boat (although media told everyone to not approach the suspect), saw him "covered in blood, lying in a puddle of blood", ran away and called the police. That's the story!

Now, why did it take officials one week to tell Danny's story (the victim of the carjacking), but only hours to tell his guy's? Why would you approach the boat by yourself if you knew an armed, very dangerous man suspected of bombing the Boston Marathon and killing a cop and his own brother was on the loose in your neighbourhood?? And if it was the case, why didn't Jahar shoot him when he was trying to get away? To come as close to being able to say he was covered in blood means the man must have gotten very close. Jahar must have heard it. The man was even getting a ladder and leaning it against the boat. Now if I was Jahar, an allegedly armed and very dangerous terrorist, I would try to stop the man from telling on me, especially if I had a gun!

That brings me to my next point, the gun. Officials said Jahar had an injury in his throat that looked like he shot himself in the mouth - the bullet went through his throat and neck. How convenient that he can't talk now?

Check out this video that shows how a robot lifts the tarp so they can throw flash bangs into the boat to disorient Jahar.

This picture shows Jahar climbing out of the boat. It looks like he did it by himself, and what you must notice is that there is NO BLOOD on him. I assume that if you shoot yourself in the mouth, you would bleed on your bright sweatshirt? He also seems to be unarmed, and as of now, we know they didn't find a gun with him. So, what I want to know is, how can you try to shoot yourself, and have a gun battle with police, without a gun...?

There is a vast difference between the picture when Jahar climbed out of the boat and when he was surrendered to police and taken to the hospital: Lots of blood. What happened between these pictures?

Even a New York Times article about that is full of contradictions, and the Huffington Post also mentions some questions.

Jahar in the hospital

Jahar was taken to the hospital on Friday in very serious condition, it wasn't clear if he would make it, he had lost a lot of blood. On Sunday, he was questioned for 16 hours all through the night, responding by writing??

Does he look like he is able to go through a 16 hour interrogation to you? Like he can hold a pen or even understand what they are asking him?

From now on, it was always "officials that want to stay anonymous because they are not authorized to speak about the investigation" talking to the media. Every single day since then. I never read about a source other than that.

So they claim that Jahar admitted carrying out the bombings, helping his brother who was the mastermind behind them. He allegedly said it was because they were angry about the US wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. They were angry about the wars? Really? That's the motive? Isn't that the motive everyone wants to hear, the one that's been the official one before they even had suspects, the one that everybody will say Yes Of Course to?

The black arm says "Radical Islamic beliefs"

They also claimed the brothers wanted to "protect Islam". Didn't Tamerlan allegedly preach that Islam is a peaceful religion and that not every Muslim is a terrorist, and he would get angry at people if they said something like that? And then he would go and do exactly that, to protect the peaceful image of Islam?? Does that make any sense??

Also, Jahar's statements are exactly what officials had assumed him to say. When he was brought to the hospital, media were all like "It's probably that the older brother was the mastermind and that he had radical Islamic beliefs" and then that's exactly what Jahar says in the investigation? Doesn't that sound a little too easy?

My next point is, why would Jahar say anything in his hospital bed, without a lawyer and witnesses, and WHY WOULD HE CONFESS RIGHT AWAY?? He is rumored to be a smart kid, he would know that he will get a trial and that he's innocent until proven guilty. His trial starts May 30th. Why would he admit everything before the trial even started?? Again, it's just what the public wants to hear, and they are giving it to you! Even his mother said that they haven't questioned him until now. Do you really think they would torture him right there, in the hospital? Here is a transcript of when he was read his Miranda rights, and that's it!

What bugs me the most is that he allegedly said they were planning on going to New York to bomb Times Square. I mean, come on now. Even if he was guilty, even if he did the Marathon Bombings, why would he admit to a crime in planning? WHY? Can someone please tell me a logic answer to this? Anyway, this press release turned into more dramatic stories, with New York's mayor saying "We wouldn't have been able to stop this" and the public gasping of the thought of bombs on Times Square. To my mind, this is just another step towards making the public frightened and branding and glorifying law enforcement as the hero who saved the day.

The mother

Zubeidat Tsarvaev, the mother of the alleged Boston bombers, said from the very beginning that she didn't believe that her boys did it and that they were framed. Now, I understand that that's a natural thing for a mother to say. However, the more she voiced her suspicions, and when she even started to talk about the videos of the crisis actors online, suddenly she was "on the watchlist of the FBI too in 2011", they "recorded a suspicious phone call between her and Tamerlan in 2011" and so on. My point is, why are they paying so much attention to making her look bad?

The uncle

Was the brothers' uncle on the CIA's payroll? Why? He indeed was married to the daughter of a CIA Official. And it is said that Tamerlan visited a workshop sponsored by the CIA during his trip to Russia in 2012.

Why was his speech so professional and dramatic? And why is he now accusing the mother to having a "big-time influence" on Tamerlan and his Islamic beliefs? Is he playing into the official's hands?

FBI & CIA

According to the media, the FBI was watching Tamerlan in 2011 after the Russian government asked them to. But when they didn't get more details from Russia, they dropped the case. Tamerlan was even able to fly to Russia without alerting the watch system, because "his name on the passenger list got misspelled". In the fall of 2011, the CIA asked that Tamerlan and his mother be put in a terrorism database (this information, again, came up a week after the investigations started. Does it really take that long to look up names in a database?) Are the authorities trying to make the agencies look "incompetent" and prone for mistakes, to take the suspicions of carrying out a massive setup plot from them? I can't help but get the feeling this is also conditioning. If the FBI and CIA made mistakes, wouldn't they want to cover them up, instead of actively pushing them all over the world through press conferences and news releases?

Even more weird stuff

Boston Police calls brothers "actors":

Setup for bomb drill?

CNN manipulating news:

Sums up some of my observations:

I know this is not evidence, and I don't know how credible it is that this lady didn't know parts of that from the internet, but it still gives me the chills. Look at this psychic reading about the suspects and who might really be behind the attacks.

What's it all about?

If the event was staged, why? To take away people's gun rights? To condition the public to Military presence in the streets and the use of drones? To install security cameras everywhere and pass CISPA? To see if the public would follow a day-long lockdown in a serious case?

It makes me uncomfortable how much people were celebrating law enforcement after Jahar's capture. These pictures were going all over the world - Military saves the day.

What is the truth?

Jahar, I hope someday you will be able to speak publicly, without fear, about what really happened. If it didn't go down exactly like the media told us, please say so. Don't let them threaten you or your family, you have nothing to lose. If you did it, I hope you can see that you did terribly, horribly wrong and that you will face justice.

Let's collect evidence!

If you come across a link, picture or video that contradicts the media's narrative, please post it in the comments! Please don't post Jahar's "last Facebook post" or his "message from the hospital", I don't consider them real.
